Appoximately 10 minutes from Gustavia, 5 minutes from the Airport in St.jean, a few meters from the beach of Lorient Bay and the neighborhood shops.

Avenstar is composed of a principal building on two levels and one independent bungalow

The main level is entirely air conditioned, comprising of a master suite with bathroom, private terrasse with ocean view, a kitchen, a large living-dining area opening on the terrasse. Large, heated pool with overflowing horizon.

The lower level comprises of three air conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Each have an ocean view and open to a large deck with a second small, heated swimming pool.

The independent bungalow is comprised of one bedroom, dressing, and bathroom. There is an exceptional view on the Caribbean Sea

The garden, in respect to the contemporary style of the villa, is adorned with cactus, small Japanese plants, cascading plants and a putting green.

Both pools have security and are heated. One is 4×4 meters and 4×15 meters, TV, DVD, WiFi, CD player, French  and U.S.A. Satellite, air conditioned, safes, gas barbeque, electric entrance gate.

Housekeeping every day except Sundays and public holidays, pool, gardener, linens, towels, beach towels.
