Santa Alicia is a contemporary 3 bedroom villa in Flamands, located a short distance from Flamands Beach, and a 5 minute drive from Gustavia. Situated on the hillside enjoys gorgeous Flamands bay views.

This fully air-conditioned villa has a large, open living space with a wide window, offering expansive views. Two sofas are placed in front of the entertainment center for watching U.S. and French satellite TV. The modern kitchen with a preparation island is well equipped.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with U.S. satellite TV. The master bedroom connects to the living room, while the second bedroom is housed in a separate bungalow next to the pool. The third bedroom is situated on a lower level below the second bedroom.
